Home Remedies for Tiredness

1. First list down the things in your life which make you tired easily, then categorize them to know the things which you can with no trouble modify and reduce the level of tiredness.

2. Do 15 minutes of warm up and stretch exercises in the morning before leaving for work. This will help to keep you fresh and prevent tiredness.


3. Never skip your morning breakfast, it's a proven fact that a person who skips their dawn breakfast tends to feel clumsy and tired whole day.

4. Take a break from your routine and have set goals in the day to perform. If you are overloaded with work attempt and crack one thing at a time or learn to delegate work as too many things together can be a reason for fatigue and tiredness.

5. A warm shower would also help to stake awake and fresh; avoid cigarette smoking, alcohol and tobacco as far as likely.

6. Avoid burning the candle or yourself from together the ends by sleeping late and getting up early in the morning. Have a sound sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily.
