Phuket has beautiful architecture which is the main attraction for tourist. The amazing historic building reflects rich cultural heritage of Phuket. Here you can find many old shops and houses where traces of old Chinese traditions can be seen clearly. To get a glimpse of the island’s history you can travel around Dibuk, Krabi, and Thalang Roads where you can find exquisite examples of ancient buildings such as the Government House. Other attractions include the Phuket Butterfly Garden and Insectariums (located near Tesco Lotus supermarket), The Phuket Orchid Garden and Thai Village.
In Phuket you don’t have to worry about accommodation because you can find many resorts and hotels at Phuket Beaches. There are also great restaurants, discos, and bars where you can enjoy dinner and nightlife at very affordable prices.

By Air:
There is no direct flight from Western Europe or Australia to Phuket. The two most popular methods of arrival are via Bangkok or Singapore.There is an international airport in Phuket. Approximately 2.5 million visitors come here from Asia, Australia and Europe. It takes approximately an hour to reach Phuket from Bangkok. It’s better to book your tickets early during high season.
By Sea:
You can also reach here through cruises, yacht and ferry. There are many touring companies which can help you getting your ticket booked. Phuket Ferry is the most suitable option to travel across Phuket. You can book your Phuket ferry online as well.
By Road:
Bus ride from Bangkok takes approximately 14hrs. You can take bus from Southern Bus Terminal. If you want to enjoy scenic beauty along your way then it is advised to avoid the front seat otherwise you will see the road ahead in your whole journey. There are regular mini-bus trips from Singapore and Penang which are reasonably priced but only recommended for the young, the brave or the hungry for adventure. The bus network system in Thailand is excellent. You can reach any part of Thailand from any destination via a bus route.
By Rail:
There is no direct rail link to Phuket, you can take a train from Hualamphong railway station at Bangkok to Phun Phin station, which is in Surat Thani.
