It's that time of year again. The warm summer nights are drawing in and the brief, sparkling summer is coming to a close. All too often, many women (and quite a few men) feel less attractive over the winter months. It's hard to look good and feel good bundled up in thick layers and boots that will stand up to a couple of months of snow and sleet. Instead, people are more likely to feel older, less enthusiastic, and certainly less sexy. The British winter is long, cold, and unfortunately, very grey. It's easy to get down when it's chilly outside, and when it's chilly every day it can start to feel like the winter will never end.

The usually remedy is a week's holiday somewhere sunny, but of course, that only lasts a week. The tan might persist for a month or so but that still leaves a lot of winter to be spent in the doldrums. However, there are plenty of ways that men and women in the UK can bring that sexy, youthful summery feeling back during the cold months.

Winter is the perfect time to have cosmetic surgery done. There will be plenty of time for the individual concerned to recover completely and get used to their new look before spring rolls around, and it also gives those who struggle to feel positive against a background of grey skies the chance to regain some verve and start feeling good again.

Procedures like breast enlargement do inevitably leave some scars, and those who schedule their surgery for the winter have plenty of time for any visible signs to shrink down and ease away before it's time to get out that bikini again. In most cases the healing process doesn't take long at all, but having a gorgeous new body to show off in the spring is something anyone can look forward to.
