Somehow Gateway laptops aren’t the ones you would end up looking for but they sure try to. What you have here is a core i3 powered laptop that features 4 GB of memory. Now power wise you would know that it is good and would be easily being able to handle almost anything you throw at it, but there’s more where that came from. You also get a wonderful 14 inch display that has bright technology and is a wonderful example of what laptop screens should be like. You would have guessed it if you didn’t we would tell you that screen clarity is one of gateway’s best assets so you can sit back and relax by watching movies and playing games too because the screen is wonderful to look at. Then you get a twin layered DVDR-W and a CD-RW writer combination too that would help you in making and creating your own customized cd’s and movies on to DVD’s if you want also. What gets much better is the color of this laptop that we also loved. The white color is wonderful and gives it a sleek yet sophisticated look also. The one thing that doesn’t impress us, well let’s get to that afterwards, we thought we might tell you that it also features a built in webcam also that would help you in making video calls to your friends and family members and yes the quality is just as good as the screen that we mentioned to you about. What we don’t like and you must know is that battery issues prevail with this laptop after a couple of months and nothing serious it’s just that the screen tends to eat away the battery because of even when it’s on power saving it’s still very bright, the bright technology doesn’t help in limiting battery resources, but yes, that’s the only issue we came across, the rest, because of the old name and the quality of the product we consider you getting it because the price is well worth the features. So the best offer will be considered in this case, being a refurbished computer you wouldn’t have to think long, but you would know that it would last a while. |
