PHP was created in the year 1995 by a Danish programmer named by Ramus Lerdof. PHP was created from PERL which was a popular programming language. Earlier PHP was known as Personal home page. In 1997 two Israeli developers Zeev Suraski and Andi Gutmans rewrote the pastor and founded PHP3, since then it was known as Hypertext Preprocessor. PHP is one of the most popular programming languages available in the world. As PHP is open source and it is compactable with many operating systems its popularity is increasing day by day.
