There are various team-building games you can find online. Here are some with descriptions of what they do.
Toxic Waste will engage small groups. The group must work out how to transport a bucket of toxic waste and neutralize it by pouring into a bucket. The equipment you use is a rope and a bungee cord.
Helium Stick is a teamwork activity where you divide the team and form two lines. While facing each other you lay a long, thin rod on each index finger and lower the rod to the ground.
Zoom is where a group tries to create from a set of sequential pictures a unified story. Hand out pictures randomly to each member of the team. Everyone looks at the picture they are given but does not show it to anyone else. Communication, patience and the ability to understand another’s point of view are required to recreate the story’s sequence.
Mine Field is a game where objects are scattered in an indoor or outdoor place. In groups of two one person of the team guides his partner who is blindfolded through the minefield.
Keypunch is a team building exercise for a medium sized group. Team members must touch randomly placed numbers within a given time frame, in sequence in multiple attempts.
Warp Speed is a team building exercise where groups are challenged with the task of juggling as fast as possible.
Balloon Activities are group activities performed with balloons. People get to know each other, develop ways to work together and build trust.
